To make an appointment telephone 01732 747203, Option 2. The appointments line is open between 8.00 - 12.30 and 14.30 - 18.00.

calendarAppointments are given in the mornings as patients ring in or call at the desk. We advise ringing in from 8am and you will be given a GP appointment for that day. This system is for all appointments; routine and urgent. We offer pre-bookable appointments in the afternoons. These can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance.

Currently, we are very busy and you may have to wait 2-3 weeks to book a routine afternoon appointment. If this is a problem, we suggest continuing to ring from 8am to get a slot on the day. You can also request a telephone consultation with a GP to discuss your issue. The receptionists will always ask for a short description of your problem to help the GPs prioritise. They will also try to do a same day call back, but sometimes it may be the next day.

Routine appointments are for 10 minutes and can be booked up to six weeks in advance.

Appointments are also for one person and one problem. If you know you will need a double appointment for a more complex issue, then please tell the receptionist at time of booking.  On occasion, you may have to return to the GP if all issues cannot be dealt with in the same slot.

To book an online appointment please click on the link below. You will need to have collected a registration token from the surgery (photo ID required) before you can use this service.  This also applies to ordering online prescriptions. Please ring the surgery on 01732 747203 if you have any questions.

Telephone Advice

If you feel your problem could be dealt with over the telephone rather than by visiting the surgery, advice is always available from a GP or practice nurse. You can always ask for a telephone slot with the GP who last saw you and knows your history best. It does not have to be with the duty GP of the day. The call back may not always be made the same day unless classed as urgent.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
