St John's Medical Practice Patient

Participation Group (PPG)

Dear Patients

patient surveyWe would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we have set up a patient participation group so that you can have your say. A group of our patients representative of our local population volunteered their time and formed an independent group who meet and correspond about issues to do with the practice.

Please look out for their surveys and newsletters which will both be available through this website (with the latter available in surgery also).  The aim of a PPG is to empower patients to make their views known about local health issues. We will try our hardest to tackle the issues raised that we as a practice have control over.

The group are happy to receive comments and ideas about the practice and their role in representing your views.

you can email our group to the chairman

If you would like to come to our next meeting you are welcome . These are held quarterly. The next one is April 3rd 2019 at 13.00
